If there's one thing that SMOB Ladies do best, it's Pineapples!

The name was started by our Gabi, who thought that pile-ons were called pineapples & it's just stuck!

Obviously it's not a move for the faint hearted, nor should it be carried out by amatures, we all have certificates to show that we are professional Pineapplers!!

No SMOB Ladies were injured during the following pineapples shown below ( how they weren't, it's a miracle! ), we do not recommend that you try these at home, unless with the aid of a safety net!!
