Yes....we are all fatter and had more than enough turkey to last us another year. With the new year approaching from the coaching staff here we would all like to wish you a Happy New Year.
NOW....ENOUGH OF THE FESTIVE MALARKIE.
Training will be back starting on Thursday 2nd Jan 7.00pm in preparation to battle it out with Southmead at home on Sat 4th ko 2.30pm which will be a bruising encounter if the last match was anything to go by.
We will be in the new year ....... so a new start with regards to commitment at training. The numbers have dropped recently and we need to keep fit for the next round of games in the league. This applies to all grades 1st, 2nds, 3rds we need to get numbers up so the coaching team can prepare you for games and the impact rugby has on your joints / muscles.
There is also a feeling that some people think they don't need to train for this league, it's not all about fitness but we need numbers in order to go through various moves, techniques and playing tactics/strategies and this can not be done with small numbers at training. ENOUGH MOANING!!!
Happy New Year - HOPEFULLY SEE YOU and better numbers THURSDAY AT TRAINING.
Regards
